    ByShaunti Feldhahn July 27, 2018

Sitting on the couch watching TV while her husband Jared gets a snack from the kitchen, Carla sees his phone sitting on the coffee table and wonders if she has enough time to take a quick peek at it before he gets back. The start of Lent is just one day. But it is one d The start of Lent is just one day. But it is one day that we can ask ourselves: Do my outward actions match my inner relationship with Christ and the fact that the Holy Spirit lives in me?
As we head into this Lenten season, I want to ask As we head into this Lenten season, I want to ask you something gently and personally: is God drawing your heart back to Him? Maybe life has been full, or heavy, or simply distracting—and you sense you're not as close to Him as you'd like to be.

This Lent, our team is partnering with Hallow to invite you into something intentional and life-giving: a 40-day prayer journey back to the heart of the Father. We're setting aside these weeks leading up to Easter to intentionally draw closer to the Lord through daily prayer.
