What’s New from Shaunti and Jeff
We are always exploring practical, research-based ways to help people thrive in their relationships, faith, and emotional health.
Practical Help for the Needs We Are Seeing Today
Here are three of the major initiatives we are currently developing, each designed to address needs we are seeing in individuals, families, couples, and churches.
Practical Hope for Mental Health—For You and Your Church
Mental and emotional health needs are everywhere. Shaunti’s newest research, books, resources, and keynotes offer practical, hope-filled ways forward.
Whether you are struggling yourself, looking to help someone who is, or searching for a transformational event speaker, this new body of work provides practical insights for building resilience and restoring hope.
Habits of Hope
Based on a three-year research study, Habits of Hope identifies the most common practices of people who remain hopeful despite difficult circumstances—habits that can help anyone build resilience, experience greater joy, and move forward through hardship.
Helping Churches Respond with Wisdom and Compassion
Churches are often the first place hurting people turn, yet many pastors and ordinary believers feel uncertain about what to say or how to help.
Based on surveys of 2,000 pastors, When Hurting People Come to Church and The Church Cares offer practical help for equipping ordinary believers to listen, care, and walk alongside people in distress.
These resources also help churches build healthy partnerships with professional clinicians when someone needs specialized support.
Prepare for Real Life Together
Start Strong: Prepare for Real Life Together
Engaged couples do not just need help preparing for a wedding. They need to know how to handle the real moments that will shape their marriage.
Start Strong is a live, four-week Christian premarital program led personally by Shaunti and Jeff Feldhahn. In a small group of engaged couples, participants learn how to navigate conflict, intimacy, money, family expectations, faith, and everyday life together.
Every session combines practical, research-based guidance with live conversation and candid questions and answers.
Rebuilding Healthy Pathways Toward Connection and Marriage
Young adults want to meet someone and build a strong, lifelong marriage, but many cannot see a clear path from here to there.
Among Christian singles today, too many are feeling discouraged and isolated. The Christian Dating Project is a national effort combining research, collaboration, and practical church-based solutions.
We are also developing The Connection Path, a pilot program in which young men and women meet in small, mixed-gender groups led by experienced mentor couples.
This is not matchmaking. It is an effort to rebuild healthy, Christ-centered pathways toward connection, dating, and lasting marriage.
